Schedule of Events

Please take note: the schedule of events may not reflect current restrictions, so please check back as we approach race day.

Friday, before race

2:00pm - 8:00pm: Packet Pick Up Outdoors at Midway Field next to the  Shepherd University Student Center
Located by 210 N King St, Shepherdstown

Saturday, race day
As of right now, races are mass starts. We will keep you posted if they switch to staggered starts. 

5:30am - 6:00am: (times subject to change) Shuttles to Marathon Start from Shepherd University Student Center

6:00 - 8:30am: Race Day Registration for Half Marathon, 10K, 5K and Kids Run

7:30am: Marathon start (Harpers Ferry)

8:30am: Half Marathon start (King St, Shepherdstown)

8:45am: 10K start (King St, Shepherdstown)

9:00am: 5K start (King St, Shepherdstown)

9:45am: Kids Fun Run registration begins

11:00am: Kids Fun Run!
